Dead Weight Recognised at the Athens International Art Film Festival

We’re proud to share that Dead Weight, directed by Joseph Harding and Kate McGee, was selected as a finalist at the Athens International Art Film Festival.

Joseph and Kate also received an honourable mention for Best Directors, coming just shy of the top prize, which is a lovely recognition of the work and collaboration behind the film.

It means a great deal to see this scrappy little short, made with love and limited resources, connecting with audiences beyond our own circle. Thank you to everyone who has supported Dead Weight so far and helped it find its audience around the world.
